What’s included with my PomHaven puppy?

Each PomHaven puppy is placed with a comprehensive care package that includes AKC registration papers, a detailed health summary, up-to-date vaccination and deworming records, and a written health guarantee. You’ll also receive a puppy starter kit with care instructions, familiar items for comfort, and lifetime support from our team.

Yes. All PomHaven puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). We are committed to maintaining the highest breeding standards set forth by the AKC and the Pomeranian Parent Club.

All PomHaven sires and dams undergo extensive health screening prior to breeding. This includes breed-recommended genetic testing, patellar evaluations, cardiac checks, and other structural assessments to ensure optimal health and quality of life for our puppies.

We provide a detailed checklist before go-home day. Essentials include a safe, quiet space for adjustment, age-appropriate food, dishes, bedding, a crate, and toys. We also encourage scheduling a vet visit within the first 72 hours.

Yes. We pride ourselves on long-term relationships with our families. We offer continued guidance, training resources, nutrition support, and are always here to answer questions throughout your dog’s life.

Absolutely. PomHaven puppies are raised in a loving, family environment. From an early age, they are gently exposed to household sounds, basic handling, children, and safe enrichment exercises to help them develop into confident companions.

While we welcome preferences, our placement approach considers both the puppy’s temperament and your lifestyle. We aim for the best match to ensure long-term success and satisfaction for both the family and the puppy.

Yes. We welcome prospective families to get to know our breeding program. While we do not allow in-person visits until puppies reach a safe age, we offer virtual meetings, photo/video updates, and in some cases, scheduled visits in a controlled environment to meet the parents.

To reserve a PomHaven puppy, we require a completed application and a non-refundable reservation deposit. Approved families will be added to our waitlist and matched with available litters based on compatibility and preferences.

Yes. Each puppy is placed with a written health guarantee that covers genetic conditions as well as overall health for a specified period. Details of the guarantee are clearly outlined and provided to all buyers upon reservation.

PomHaven puppies are ready to go to their forever homes at 9 weeks of age. This allows adequate time for early socialization, weaning, health monitoring, and initial vaccinations.

Microchipping is available upon request. If selected, the puppy will be microchipped before going home, and you will be provided with registration instructions and records.

Yes, we offer safe, USDA-compliant transportation options for families located outside of California. Whether by ground or flight nanny, we ensure each puppy arrives safely and comfortably.
